Omer Faruk Sen maintains VoIPong LiveCD! based on FreeSBIE project. LiveCD is an ISO image which can be burnt into a blank CD directly, and includes pre-installed VoIPong release along with several boot-time scripts for configuring the OS and VoIPong.
