if you are want to apply SPAMCONTROL 1.80 patch (http://www.fehcom.de/qmail_en.html) and
qmail-smtp-auth-0.30 patch (http://members.elysium.pl/brush/qmail-smtpd-auth/) to your qmail server  at the same time. probably you can success
Because both patches are changes to qmail-smtpd.c file so line number in patch file will be changed.  
For this reason one of these patch  will reject  (according to your patch order that you applied)
to solve this problem 
1- Firstly i applied SPAMCONTROL patch normaly (read INSTALL.spamcontrol)
and then i change manualy qmail-smtpd.c file for qmail-smtp-auth-0.30 patch
i want to share this experience with other people that wants to apply these packes.
please read following instructions to apply these patches
note: this instruction is for SPAMCONTROL version 1.80 and   qmail-smtp-auth version 0.30
if you are using different versions, please do not continue reading or use these versions
1- Download  qmail-1.03  and patches ( SPAMCONTROL 1.80, qmail-smtp-auth-0.30)
2- Apply SPAMCONTROL patch normaly
3- Copy qmail-smtp-auth-0.30/base64.c and qmail-smtp-auth-0.30/base64.h files to your 
   qmai-1.03 directory (never apply qmail-smtp-auth-0.30 patch. just copy above files)
4- Download  following files from here :) to your qmail-1.03 directory
	 Makefile, TARGETS, qmail-smtpd.c 
compile qmail normaly
for more instruction read README.spamcontrol file and  http://www.enderunix.org/documents/eng/smtp-auth/qmail-smtp-auth to give smtp-auth support to qmail
